I get so excited when I have a fun new shoot and when I have no other shoots to edit, I usually end up editing the photos from them right away. This family met me after school one afternoon for their session. Thankfully there was some gorgeous afternoon light to work with, awesome weather with little wind and pretty happy kids willing to do whatever I asked! Made for a fun shoot! Thanks 'K' family!

Early Fall Sessions 2009
I have been very, very busy this fall (and it is only beginning!) and I want to post a few of my favorites from the last sessions I have done. I am LOVING this!
This family was so much fun, and I love the fall colors!a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/35930159@N08/3946297442/" title="DSC_0457edit2 by mandytphotography, on Flickr">

The 'S' Family
This is a family I spend a lot of time with in the summers, and it was so much fun to get to photograph them! Ethan and Isabella are adorable and I got some more practice with BROWN eyes (for those of you out there who think I only take pictures of BLUE eyed kiddos!). The light really makes eyes sparkle when you catch it in the right place and I am getting better and better at that all the time!
I am going to make this post a little short since I had FIVE, yes, FIVE sessions this weekend and I am EXHAUSTED! Be looking for those sneak peeks on here in the next week or two! I am also excited to announce that I will be doing my second wedding next weekend in Pelican and am very excited about it! For those of you waiting on me to get on the ball and get my wedding price list out there, I am working on it, I promise it will get out in the next week!

Tanner- 5
I know I said this a few posts ago, but I seriously cannot believe that I am the mom of a five year old! I am guessing that I will be saying this at every stage of Tanner's life..poor guy! Sometimes it feels like I was just in college having a blast living life as a single girl..and then other times I can't remember what life was like before he was born..is that strange?
I love this kid with all of my being and can't imagine my life without him or his sister and brother. They are my world, and I feel blessed to be their mama on this awesome journey!
Here are Tanner's five year portraits. It was a lot of fun to do them, he was into the whole session! For those of you that know him well, you know that he isn't exactly cooperative with things he doesn't want to do..so thankfully this is something that he wanted to do! I love you Tanner, happy birthday one last time this year!

Jadyn- 5, and Hanna-3
This pair of sisters reminded me so much of my own sister and I growing up, I really had a lot of fun watching them interact and play together. They were such little troopers and helped the session move along so fast! I love when sessions go that well! Thanks 'B' family, it was so nice to meet you and your adorable girls!
